This Louis Philippe bureau-desk, in pale walnut with a burr walnut veneer, has a cylinder roll top, typical of 19th-century France.
The open flap extends to produce a perfect desk top, featuring a leather rectangle finely decorated with gold embossing. Inside are three small drawers.
