Elegant cockpit armchair in Directoire style, finely decorated with gold motifs. The backrest, which is slightly raised for a more comfortable seat, features wooden modules embellished with gilded scrolls. The armrests culminate in lion heads; the front legs are straight and decorated with gilded lion heads and paws, while the back legs are slightly curved. The finish presents traces of the old lacquer, in a paler colour.
