SIDEBOARD

polychromed wood, with top in faux marble

 

Sideboard characterized by a light colour and three drawers in the style of Louis XV. The wood is covered with thin layers of chalk and animal glue, while the table top is painted with faux marble details.

Attributable to Genoese craftsmen for its painted decoration, this sideboard features a simple structure that distinguishes it from the 18th century classic furniture.
