CENTRE TABLE
inlays in mahogany wood, ebonized, Carrara marble top
The four slender arched legs, united by crosspieces and ending in lion’s paw feet, support the drum, to which they are anchored by female heads in fake bronze. The table, retraceable to the Empire style of Lucca, is crowned by a top in mosaic work in polychrome Tuscan and Ligurian marbles: bardiglio, capella, breccia violet of Seravezza, Ligurian levanto red, broccatello of Siena, calacatta of Vagli.
