Elegant Louis XVI-style console, in carved and gilded wood.
The central band is decorated with lavish ornamentation consisting of leaf volutes and flowers. The four legs, in the shape of a truncated pyramid, are adorned with small leafy tendrils, which decorate the four sides.
The console is topped with a white statuary marble surface, original to the period, characterised by grey veins.
