PAIR OF CONSOLE TABLES
carved, partially gilded and lacquered wood, French red marble top
Wonderfully elegant tables embellished by elaborate carvings. Both undertops have in the centre the image of a bird pecking at another one within an octagon along with plant volutes centered by fantastic zoomorphic images enclosed in two rectangular frames. The birds are once again depicted in the rhombuses found on the legs’ mount. Upside down pyramidal legs, with molded joints and festoons in relief.
